Welcome Monday!

Happy Monday, everyone! I have pondered for some time what to post to my new site. It finally occurred to me as I read my "Joy Mail" over the weekend - I can use my blog posts to promote joy! So starting today, I will be wishing everyone well and a week filled with joy. There are not many professions that have the opportunity educators have - we get to start new every day and every September. No matter what happened yesterday, no matter the challenges we faced, we get a fresh start every morning with our children, even more so on a Monday. Children generally come to school excited and refreshed Monday morning, eager to share their weekend stories and adventures with us. When we allow it, their happiness can become part of our joy and this fresh start. Use this joy as the first step on our journey of success!
