Vision Statement
Students will become independent and responsible members of the school community, with support and guidance from positive and caring staff members. Staff members, who are passionate and dedicated to lifelong learning, will provide appropriate educational opportunities for all students to achieve academic and social success. Teachers and students will learn using digital resources to problem solve, demonstrate collaboration, use communication and showcase creativity.
Mission Statement
Be innovative and passionate. Be all about the children, their success and well-being.
Educational Leadership Philosophy
The leadership style I use is the transformational leadership model. A transformational leader is able to create and implement a vision for the school in collaboration with faculty, staff, students and the community. I believe through transformational leadership, teachers, staff and students are empowered as they work collaboratively to continuously improve the school and its culture.
